before embarking on a successful stage and screen career. Culbertson played the role of Paul McCartney in the film Birth of The Beatles directed by Richard Marquand.
He also acted in the film Elizabeth as Master Ridley. Barry trained at The Drama Centre, and most recently has appeared at The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry in Fantastic Mr Fox.
Barry has played at almost all the major rep theatres with seasons at Coventry, Leicester, Edinburgh and Liverpool. He has appeared in a number of Ayckbourn plays and in
fact first met this evening’s Director, Tim Hardy, whilst they both toured in The Norman Conquests. They subsequently worked together in George Bernard Shaw’s St. Joan.
He has appeared in the West End as the Lion in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and also in John, Paul, George, Ringo and Bert. Barry has worked on numerous occasions
for television, both for the BBC and the independent companies. He was recently seen in the popular series The Bill and has also played regular characters in a number of
